He takes a break from time to time, he cant chase the price up every day. Seems to be a few more sellers about now, so he might try to grab a few at a cheaper price. He is pretty close to his limit so it makes sense for his buy depth to disapear a bit, otherwise if someone sells a larger order at market, it will tip him over.
