the directors at the time (not the current mmx) appear to have acted in a shonky manner and i think there is a good chance chm will win the original money back (couple of mill from memory), possibly with interest, i just can't see them winning Jack Hills or anything related to it. without the big win, chm is worthless to its shareholders. but it is the court system and anything could happen.
