So here's the ShareHolder Figures for NHC that puts it Absolutely in Institutional Hold territory for ya Covrig/Ng research.

New Hope has 827 million shares on Issue.

Three Substantial Holders
Perpetual Trustees with 6%
Mitsubishi with 11%
and Washington Soul 61%
Totalling 78% just in these 3 Institutions.

Last I found was that the Top20 Holders held 92% of all the shares so ergo there's 8% some 64mil shares out there amongst us Pilgrims.
However this is not NOT the Free Float because

a]The non sub holders,17 of the Top 20 have No Reporting of Change Requirements other than IF they are Directors.No doubt some of these 17 ARE Directors and thus if they buy/sell a single Share,just ONE measly share then they have to Report.

b]Most importantly Sub Holders only ONLY have to report Change in Sub Holding if they buy/sell One[1] Percent of Total Issued Shares which is,in NHC's case,Eight Million Shares.

So even a Vegie Maths Graduate should be able to come up with that there is Absolute Tops Free Float of 31% less Directors Holdings Fully Paid out there in New Hope.

Approx 250million shares of the 827 Total Issued.
