The Board will obviously need to respond to the IMX Bid when it is formally announced and the best response is to have an idependant valuation of all the Company's assets translated into value per share. This should not cost more that say 20k which TMX can afford. At the same time have Patersons, or a friendly broker, circulate this as a research report.
The above is logical but fairly passive. Frankly, I would like to see a small heap leach operation commenced at either Coogee or Bundarra, this will cost about 100k and for TMX to announce it is production, albeit on a small scale. The market will immediately rerate TMX because it will be a producer and the cash flow will be useful. .
Just some ideas. I don't like the market lethargy any more than you do.
