Hi guys.I hold KOG I think this deal will be good for both companies.KOG are little known and tightly held,but have great management,a brilliant geo(Embery Canterbury)and very good contacts in the U.S.Since listing in July/August last year they have had phenomenal success with six discoveries out of eight drills so far.Under normal circumstances this would have driven the SP far in excess of where it is now,but I dont have to preach to you guys about how tough it is for juniors in this current crisis,and this is really not a fair way to judge them ATM.All of the offshore wells are multi target drills in proven oil and gas fields,and for your money you already have one discovery.Hopefully the KOG/ODN partnership will be a long prosperous one.Davo you should probably check that valuation,as with recent completions of onshore discoveries KOG have a net asset backing of 28cps.ODN are also getting a nice interest rate on their $800,000.Give them a ring as I have always found them very interested to talk to share holders
