"For the year ended 31 December 2008, Hastings was also entitled to a Responsible Entity incentive fee in respect
of HDF of $18,356,000 (2007 - $Nil). The obligation to pay the incentive fee will be satisfied by the issue of HDF
securities to the Responsible Entity in four equal instalments on 1 April, 1 July and 1 October 2009 respectively, with the balance to be issued on 4 January 2010".............$4.5M worth of shares at 30 cents hmmmm maybe they are pushing the price down to their own advantage?
