I think people would rather use their hard earned capital elswhere than hope and assume copper picks up and URL is able to deliver something.
Furthermore, if things are going to pick up, I would rather be in a stock that is fully able to take advantage of the market. URL is yet to build a plant or sell anything... let alone get finance approved for heck sake.
I will invest back into URL when they have built the plant and are about to produce. Until then, they can rot. I will only believe these guys when I see they have proven themselves.
