    Not really.

    Elphinstone is the guy who owns the plant in Burnie, which seems like it was taken over by catapillar. This guy has about 50 different companies as registered by the ASIC. He is just spreading the buy orders man. It just means this guy Elphinstone is into the stock, I think. He is into heavy mining equipment manufacture in Burnie, TAS, and exports dump trucks.
