    The total dividend payout is just a small part of the overall obligations and maybe in the grand scheme of things it is better for them to meet their obligations such that their ability to raise future capital isn't put at risk - not that they have many options right now that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. I just don't think they have many options right now other than selling assets. If that works, then I don't think there would be the need to raise any funding until they decide to take up the MIS again.

    Barring a major catastrophe cash flow should improve a bit in 2010. I think tomorrow we will get a better idea of how others are pricing in that catastrophe.
