i dont like it when a company conceals information from shareholders. i firmly believe the truth about ian allens dismissal should be disclosed to shareholders, who after all - are owners of the company.
i was not privy to ian allens phone number previously, obtained it through a google search. remains on voicemail divert 24/7 to this day!!!
my opinion, reading between the lines, is that he has been sacked! i could be wrong but in light of no further information that is my opinion. i say this because if it was an illness related matter or resignation for some other reason why not disclose it?? also sounds like ian is likely to be guilty because if NOT wouldnt he be desperate to contact major shareholders for support in contesting the matter? again, just my opinion - trying to read through the lines as best as possible.
ddt is a far stronger and more promising company than the current sp suggests. i have done an enormous amount of digging here, even found out that their datadots have been successfully implemented on OYSTERS. they truely are multipurposed, can be used for identification on practically any asset.
as for the weakness in the sp, i believe it must be related to the dispute with the south africans, it has been reported that the company need to raise capital, i remain happy to accumulate shares at these levels and will glady participate in any future rights issue. hopefully the company will be able to resolve the south african issue, get the $1 million released, get through to july and claim a decent refund in the R&D write downs through the ATO. good management would be trying to do this, im still unsure on the ddt board, half expecting them to use the weakness in the sp for the benefit of select insiders?? again just my opinion, maybe i am paranoid!!!
still a very real need for the datadot product in the car industry, found this link just today... we are halfway to recession, the one industry that will not be shrinking is crime!!!
