Page 3 of the report has a few LPTs worth doing some research on.
As an example it has Macquarie DDR Trust (MDT), current SP 3.7cents, NTA as per 2009 half year results 92cents, MDT do have some issues though gearing 60%, $148M debt maturing in June 2009.
