    This is meaningless honestly, just like Westpac has reduced it's price target on Asciano to $2.40 and it trades at 0.45 cents.

    So don't read too much in.

    BTW im not saying cey is a bad or good bye! oops Good buy.

    Though resource sector & oil don't look like going anywhere fast.
