Yep - secret negotiations with an "Investor" for a placement. This will dilute the existing shareholders value - based on where the share price is - the dilution will be significant (given a discount to market).

It will be interesting the spin attached, should they proceed with this course of action, and who the beneficiaries are of this fund raising.
