The dividend is paid on the date payable to those shareholders who purchased and held the shares up and until the ex-date and are therefore subsequently registered as a shareholder on the Record date.
Looks to me like you are entitled if you held up to the ex-date, not the day after ex-date as suggested on this thread.
Doubt I'll be selling on this day though.
