meade/ fontaine deadline is same as directors - which is 19.22pm tonight.
one thing i noticed - these guys (directors/major s/h) acceptance was subject to no "superior proposal" being received.
so that does not mean an "Offer".
so i guess all AOE has to do is deliver a letter (read proposal) to directors prior to 7.22pm tonight, in order to ensure that directors don't accept BG offer.
