the markets are crazy, at $0.35 i thought it was a bargin but at $0.03 and no support you have to wonder why no directors have been buying?

i think the only way for them to solve the issue of non support on market is to delist it. there is talk of that with Macquarie so it should be more simplier with a property trust.

you would think some private equity firms would be having a look, the most scary thing for me is the thought of a capital raising. if that happened the share price would make sense.

at $0.03 its trading at 5% of NTA.
