re: Ann: OUM: Intention to Make Takeover Bid ... OUM is basically not trading, check out the volume and see if you agree. This has got to be a scam. They will get a $30 mill plant, which has been paid for by shareholders for 10% of what it is worth . The management of QOL and OUM are going to get away with theft. There has to be some colusion going on here.
