re: Ann: OUM: Intention to Make Takeover Bid ...
You probably wont enjoy this answer , but probably around 25% to 33% of the $30m would be in capital items you could sell.
Again unfortunatley if they had bought things others had wanted then you might get a price.
My guess would be $4-5 m after costs.
Reasons :
Crushing plant v cheap and nasty - Lots out there in market now and small scale tput doesnt suit most 2nd hand buyers
Conveyors : Chinese copies of light frame trusses - limited value
Jig plant : Hardly used!!! Might get some action here
Float plant : Rarely used but small scale
Ancillaries : Lots on the market now
Whole Plant may be of more value to Outback than to anyone else.
Comment - Watch where this mamangement goes and think hard about investing your money with them again.
As i mentioned on another post , these over spruiked ( this one by "renowned industry analysts" ) badly managed companies make it difficult for real projects with good economics and minimal hype get ahead in the speciality metals game.
Again real people lost real money to bad management and a bad project.
