obviously this recent ann is going to shake the tree a little bit and could just justify to the AOE holders why AOE is willing to pay more for PES. Or it could of course make them unafforable (read: AOE shareholders revolt due to too much scrip being offered, cant see much cash being added) and draw Shell into the front line fight.

I guess we wont have to postulate on what kind of effect this will have anymore because we are going to see it.
