I appreciate the issue of cashflow in this climate and a lack of certainty. But for the chairman to serve up the typical platitudes about strong future and difficult external factors as a reason for offering a dividend of .75 of a cent (if cash is so tight why pay a dividend at all!) is tantamount to a slap in the face of suffering shareholders.
As evidenced by the price movement today all the market heard was OKN is in trouble and needs cash to stay afloat and the board see a troubled future.
I for one will be canvassing other shareholders to ascertain their support for the current board and their decisions.
