umm causual observer,
i would agree with you in general, i wouldn't sink my money into this one if i had cash on the sidelines because there are too many other higher quality companies going for cheap.
however, don't be rash with your comments, because these guys obviously have a plan, its been alluded to already and we will see the fine print in 2 weeks till then
