nothing we can both do or say as its in VS.But you call RRT a gamble..Please check their property portfolio and the extent of the occupancy rate of the tennents.The only gamble here is the debt level and how long this financial "crisis" will go on for.The facts are the banks are very happy with the wuality of secured assets against the loans.
