i wonder if there last lawyers have handed over the files or not? if they haven't then it might work in chm's favour. the case cannot proceed without the files and it would be crazy for the funder to continue to fund without the files so maybe the funder will be forced to pay out the old lawyer just to protect what it has already invested. this might save chm for a while longer? of course the funder will want to increase thier share of any win and so once again the chm shareholder is going to be left with such a small piece of the pie that it isn't worth all the trouble. then again, it could all just fold in the next month....
