Be a little careful ... some advisers (Huntley) are recommending to sell into the market or accecpt the PDG offer.
The risk is to be trapped as a minority shareholder in AOR with PDG acquiring more than 50% but less than 90%.
A difficult call this one but maybe a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
With some reluctance I decided to sell on market this morning at $3.29 for a nice profit.
In retrospect, I should have sold when they were over $4.00 but, hey ... a profit is still a profit.
I will watch the AOR / Placer outcome with interest
