In the property sector, SGP would be my pick. WDC is a behemoth, but it has too much exposure in US & UK for my liking. SGP has majority of it's businesses in Austraia if I'm not mistaken.
And it's shopping centres are quality businesses. My local Stockland shopping centre (and another in the next suburb) is always full and the shops still seem to be doing very well.
I say SGP is a good medium to LT buy. Anyone agree or disagree?
