derrilyn is crappy, reg sprigg west looks ok Bad news first .. the 35% STU Derrilyn looks to have encountered "trace" oil in the Hutton, a "poor" oil show over 10 meters in the Murta and a "poor to moderate" oil show in four meters of the McKinlay.

I'd say Derrilyn looks a lot more like Aldinga than like Christies or Sellicks ...

Now the good news ... the 18.75% STU Reg Sprigg West well has 13 meters of "good" gas shows in the Tinchoo, three meters of "fair to good" oil/gas shows in the Paning, six meters of "fair to good" oil shows in the Birkhead and call it ten meters of "fair to good" oil shows in the Tinchoo.

I'd say RSW looks like it should be able to produce oil at decent rates, but I'll wait for the flow rates on the DST before making further judgements ...

If RSW ends up producing at 750 bopd, this will mean 40 BOPD for Beach (ie a second Aldinga) and 200 bopd for Stuart (think COE's share of Christies or Sellicks) ie pretty unimportant for both companies.

Harpoono is a much bigger deal for both.
