This is the way I see it. RRT have negative assets. However, their lenders are working with them to ensure they survive the current global crisis. They have an excellent portfolio of properties with quality long term tenants. I'm quite confident RRT will survive, and that they'll be back trading around 30c and beyond in the next few years. I'm going to try and pick up 1 mil at 0.005 for my SMSF. Buy and Hold.
