The issue on a 5% interest translates to 10% of MMX crossland shares as they only own 50%.

THis would seem to be a material interest.

The words cpg quotes I have always read as relating to the major case as it is not CHM but Koh and Evans who are suing MMX. CHM is running the case.

The small case alwas seemed to be ignored but may be what you say is correct and the statements cover both cases. It just does not read like it in the material released.
