Cortina.......apologies for my poor writing, I was actually referring to the PGL announcement labeled something like "AVX merger update". That announcement used scare tactics referencing black holes and contractual liabilities but did not expand on them.

Windy......I have only ever posted on here as SAXMAN (no other nics.....sorry to disappoint!)

I do not believe I have ever raised class action here. AND I have certainly never bagged the idea. I think it is worthy of keeping an open mind about such things.

Despite all of this I refer you to the post of Pa2000 in this thread.
