mof have trouble raising capital,is this because there are so many asx opportunities,is this reit scepticism,how about when are the aggressive hedgies coming back ,its all about confidence is real estate rising ,? i dont think so,are tenant ques growing,exits maybe,so its all about confidence, how 24% returns become,well 8% after writedowns and i expect there will be writedowns there will be hedgies, until govts the world over develop a sense of realism regarding the style of operation they employ and regulate accordingly.
so no,i will not take up the extended offer.
and to think having just sold all real estate,i am planning purchase over the next 12 months,why i expect to find some discounted property,discounted by up to 30%,so how are reits good value
