I think the $50m that was quoted as 100% cost is total costs spent to date on P46. EPR want recognition that they have matured the prospects from day 1 and hence full recovery from potential farm-in partner. Good on them. They have 44 days and counting to make the payment without penalty other than interest. Looks good to me.
