AGL need 90% before its compulsory.
Consider that there is currently 30mil shares listed for sale above the offer price - 7.5% of the company, this includes the rear guard at 52cents of 25mil shares - 6.2% of the company. If we gain enough support and play hard ball, it will be the old fashion mexican stand off. Who can hold out the longest. If we gain enough support and hold out at 52cents - 10% of the company 40.2mil shares will only cost AGL another $4.02mil to purchase - small fish in their world, but a good result for the rear guard!
