ah, thanks cosmos. Missed the arthur andersen one - you still don't read about it (auditors getting sued successfully) too often in the news! If it's the company that certifies the accounts then it's hard to see how Pitcher partners has to pay investors for their losses.... the wrongdoing was all with the company
