After posting my original message I sent a copy of it to Etrade, the company and their share registry. Having received a most helpful reply from a kind hot copperite I then sent my cheque off via platinum mail to the company. Once i faxed off copy of cheque and accompanying letter I got an immediate phone call from Geoff (company secretary I think) who insisted i needed to complete the option form, which he duly sent via email.
Ther registry also forwarded one much later in the day. The following day i checked with the company if they received my cheque which they did. Then a check with the registry where a very pleasant person acknowledged receipt of my form and now I feel comfortable that I shall have execised my options successfully.
