First off - Don't SHOUT ALL THE TIME. It's rude, and you're likely to get moderated.
Secondly, on ABS - There's really not much you can do. The IMF case may - perhaps - help you, but you'll need to contact them to see if the conditions required for any sort of action are satisfied in your particular case.
It's my understanding that the IMF case rests on the argument that shareholders were misled by false reports. So in order for this argument to hold up, you have to have purchased the shares during a specific time period, and you have to have relied on the accounts in your decision making.
I could be completely wrong though, as I'm not pursuing the IMF option.
The third option is just to wait and see what the administrators come up with. This is what I'm doing, although I have to caution that in all probability there will be exactly nothing left for shareholders, once the administrators pay all of the bills.
Cheers,
Bridge Baron
