OK , if the company has entered into financial arrangement, with a lean over the plant (which incidentally cost 30 odd million to put there ) They were LOANED $ 600,000 . Does this mean Outback Minerals will get the plant if QOL can't pay back (defaults on the) the loan ? How could QOL management enter into this arrangement without first seeking approval from shareholders .Why didn't they hand over potential control of all the assets insted of most of them? I mean how much are the leases really worth , how much did QOL originally pay for them , from memory , very little if anything . Come on guys , wake up
