Good stuff TTC. Yeah another oversold REIT. Guilty by association. They actually seem well placed according to their data thats out and no debts due soon.
As soon as you say you're not paying a distribution...whack....which is good for us.
Director bought some more yesterday...good on Hartnell....was great buying. The selling may not be over but we will see today. Rejecting the 80c takeover and now being this price may see some serious buying.
As much as there was relentless selling yesterday which we know some inso's have to due to the distibution cut and legally having to keep their portfolio balanced if there are big drops...there was some very serious buying.
10 cents seemed to be the base with some late selling just to get out the day yesterday.
I reckon we will see 10 as a base today and possibly a good run past it today and a new base formed.
Was way overdone in my opinion but a great opportunity for us.
