I had a look and now know why they are trading at a penny
The 1770 JV was valued at $10million but they just sold for $3.7m ? So that means they lost another bundle?
The only other asset is the Goulburn J/V listed at around $10m plus some loans
I bought in at a penny, it may be worth 2 or 3
