Did a google search on the buyer, Kwan Chee Seng...couldn't find much other than the following (not sure its the same guy but a bit of further snooping would suggest it is). PTS should send him a XMAS card since he's probably stopped the SP going much lower...would love to know what he's up too though. I note he trades through DMG (singapore) so 1+1 suggests he was also the big IPO taker in Eastern Iron.
