    Hi there, were,
    What are the consequences of the board 'spill' that is in progress at the moment??
    Also, are they just arguing over the $70m and assets???
    There seems to be some doubt on the board that the PSG proposal lacks substantial detail, re. the Taiwanese Co.
    How will it affect the sp?
    I am asking as you seem to have 'boned' up on the Co.
