Need to raise approx $40M for working capital... they say it will likely be raised via a share placement.

Divide $40M by 25c... That's how many new shares will be created.

There are currently 165M Shares on the register.

No doubt that this is extraordinary value based on the current Market cap - But if you have not bough yet, best strategy is to wait for post cap. raising.

There are other options available to WVL (re: Cash), but its hard to place a confident bet on the alternatives.
