I remember individuals asking " What if I cant pay ? " , well ..the investment is taken back , that all sounded reasonable .. there are some big loans written .
Different times now Debt is SIN , Im not referring only to TIM , MIS is general ..... Bad debts could well be a major problem , much higher defaults with probably Little or No intention to pay .
