Hi folks--sorry have been away in the big smoke attending AGM,s for EXM,AGU,GPN,YRR and ORT. Also copped a weeks suspension(unfair and unreasonable imo)on the EXM thread.
Be that as it may,my thoughts on the AGM and discussion with various people after the meeting are,
1.on the 1/oct/08 on HC,I predicted McInerney would resign.Happened the day before the AGM(close call). He never fronted the meeting of course.
2.all other motions passed,which is good--Aberdee St loses control. The voting margins were bigger than the AGU because the newbies were buying the shares that Aberdeen St have been dumping(some poetic justice there) and because of the placement imo.
3.queried the length of time taken for the Hyvista survey--action needed el pronto--cheers
