No definately not Antam. Believe it is sour grapes from the people behind the ousting of directors. They are top 20 share holders with big percentage and so possibly more to sell. Need committed investors to take up their slack to get this back to $0.05.
At $0.02 company currently capped at $4m. Would probably need new investors (one corporate investor would do) to invest around $500k to buy up around 15m shares to get this back to $0.06 where they could do a small capital raising in the event that Antam doesn't come forward with an offer straight away. Antam can probably afford to take their time and sit back and wait, unless they thought there might be competitve bids.
