You guy's have you considered ringing high profile lawyer Martin Bennett who currently has launched a legal action against MK involving MIN Resorces, ASX Fact.
I dont know his number and it would not be appropriate posting it here but it would be easy to fing in the white pages(Perth).
I am considering it for another company the previous chairman was chairman off and did a very similar thing.
