The rights issue isnt dilutive if you take up your rights!!!!

As for the amended rights issue meaning we wont get any positive news before the AGM, i just dont understand this either.

This rights issue should put a couple of million dollars in the kitty by the end of December.

If they come out tomorrow and announce orders from XX number of hospitals for XX courses of Ropren, it could very well be that payment wont be received for many months.


So the rights issue has been amended to ensure a successful take up. The company needs money before Ropren revenues hit the books.

Why people make more out of it than they have to is beyond me.
