When I asked Phil Christie about this a few months ago he said that he was not a rich man, that he had bought shares in earlier years when the SP was a lot higher, and that if he could afford to now he would be buying 'until my nose bled'.
Must be pretty poor if he can't afford to buy at ORP's current SP!
