A very good point indeed and something that has always intrigued me and it forms part of the reason why I tend to be very sceptical about the "how good ORP is" type posts on this forum.

I like the fact that Mr Collins is putting his money where his mouth is and that gives me hope but what about the others? Is Mr Collins the only smart one or has he been scammed by the others? :-)

RT is spot on in another thread where he talks about the need for directors to get a bit proactive. Afterall, If THEY can't see the promise of good things to come then there aren't any good things to come. It may not make a great deal of difference to the current share price in this wonderful bear market but it would certainly send a nice message of confidence to shareholders and others thinking about becoming investors.

This would be a nice question to ask at the AGM. To hear a response would be even nicer. :-)

I have to admit that when I see the chairman over at TRY issue a letter to the shareholders basically telling them that their current share price is a joke and then followup with another announcement weeks later when it dropped even further with another statement of that same fact but backed up with a $60,000 on market purchase it gives me a lot of confidence in them for the future. If ORP was doing similar things then one might be tempted to top up and long term top 20 holders wouldn't dare be thinking about selling.

Aaaaah! In reading your post and writing this response MORE doubts just creep in and tumble around inside my head.

I would say thanks for your insightfulness stocktrader77 but I'm not sure that I would mean it. :-P :-)

    Cheers
