Very true, but the 50,000 $0.12 cent sale was pretty good. You would need to hold 500,000 shares to get that size entitlement.
Are small holders really going to take it up? Someone with 50,000 shares gets to take up 5,000 at $0.10 for $500. When you factor in cost of brokerage to sell is it reeally worth it? Is really that exciting? Spend $500 and have a future liability of $1,000?
The true believers might be better off buying slacf or fully paid shares. The non believers... well what can I say?
