Oh Dear, looks like they were provided a lifeline but had to transfer intellectual property and brand name over to Tricom. Now it is just a fancy brokerage house with no independent destiny of being a market educator.
In a bear market no quantitative analysis to develop a mechanical trading system is gonna work. Cash is king for the time being!
